Moroccan Bean Salad

Preparation time 5 minutes – Cooking time 7 minutes

Ingredients (Serves 1)

2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of red onion finely chopped*
1 teaspoon of EatSlim Moroccan Spice
60g of white beans cooked (canned may be used)
1 tablespoon of orange juice
80g of green beans lightly steamed
Handful of baby spinach leaves*
Handful of flat leaf parsley
1 orange peeled and sliced into rounds
2 tablespoons of EatSlim Balsamic Dressing

Adjust weight to your portion size

Directions
Cooking time 7 minutes

1. Heat a lightly oiled fry pan over medium heat.
2. Sauté garlic and onion until soft.
3. Add white beans, EatSlim Moroccan Spice Blend and orange juice and cook a further 5 minutes to allow 
flavors to develop.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Toss bean mixture through remaining ingredients, drizzle with EatSlim Balsamic Dressing and serve.

Note: Extra servings: To increase servings to include the rest of the family simply times ingredients by how many servings are required.
