Ingredients (Serves 1)
Preparation time 2 minutes
190g Plain fat free yoghurt
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 Handful of dill, Chopped
1 Cucumber cut length ways and deseeded
Juice of half a lemon
Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
1. Finely chop 1 half of deseeded cucumber into small dices, set aside other half
2. Add all ingredients in a bowl and stir through
Serving Suggestions:
1.Serve dip into the deseeded half of cucumber.
2. Serve with chopped veggies: snow peas, carrots, cucumber, capsicum
3. Serve with toasted Mountain Bread
